PROPERTY: THE VENUE ON GUADALUPE

INSIGHT: The Venue is a high-profile, mixed-use student housing community near the University of Texas campus. To enhance that profile, we installed a large illuminated sign with reverse channel letters atop the six-story building and another set of illuminated reverse channel letters at the main entry. The interior signage features brushed aluminum and black painted aluminum with dimensional graphics and letters.
